
Do not cover up bad behavior of bad employees when its properly reported to management. Remove male supervisors/managers who try to exploit female workers for personal and sexual relationships. Stop promoting friends and family members of Mangers or Supervisors or Leads when other better workers exist. Stop Pretending Like You Don't Know.
Make manager hire Within. I see lots of young managers that don't know what to do. That will cost company money. There are lots that are not managers that can do alot better.
Have new management start from the bottom. That way they know what's going on. Or listen to your employees

Have more social gatherings for All employees. Not just management.
