Too demanding and not helpful

The current area leadership team is made up of very personable people, who stop and talk to you when they visit your branch. We don't usually have much interaction with them, though.

Everyone works like a team
They call in favorites with drivers
They care about the development of their employees to a certain extent. As in most cases if you make the effort to learn and improve they will try to give you the time and effort to help you improve. They keep track of your general mood about once a month to make sure you're okay which is important.
Better training and preperation each day

Communication, lead by example, and dont micromanage. Dont lie to employees. Actions speak louder than words
Not firing people when they are at the lowest point. Maybe supporting their recovery would be better.
Review from Customer Support Dept
They need to get better at understanding employee needs. No we dont want a "party" every other month that no one goes to. We want raises. Our own employees shouldnt have to go to food banks to get food while Enterprise provides thousands/millions to food banks that are out of country.
Planning, organization, people skills, empathy.
Medical dental great package yeah
I am part time I don't have a package
Some how work very good
Just ok for part time job
401K match up to 4%
Long hours for low pay

I do appreciate the benefits but they're not anything special. I understand this could change with promotion, but feel there could be more understanding with time off requests for doctors appointments etc. As for the hourly wage, starting a livable minimum: enough to pay bills but not much left over
Underpaid, horrible insurance. They took $200/month out of my paycheck monthly for UHC insurance and denied every claim, so it was like not having insurance at all.
The annual rise is skipped commonly. Rate of merit is not included in benefits information.
If it was more related to the cost of living
The current local team, meaning the auto detailers, the driver, and the assistant manager, work well together and are considerate of each other, each helping the others do their best to serve the customers and get the job done safely and quickly. The previous manager was an excellent example, too.

Easy to get on with
We are trying work better as a team
Great coworkers when i go in each day
To the party line if you work harder things will be better step
Learn to come to work
at least speak to your coworkers, no communication
Less focus on interpersonal politics and more focus on improving one another
They need to stop being lazy and work as a team we need a lead
Review from Operations Dept
Stop being lazy and dont expect the detailers to do everything for you
Review from Operations Dept
The positive feedback about the company from colleagues
Loved when they would sometimes order us lunch but that's about it
Everyone is chill in the office cause there racking in the money while we do all the work
Everyone works as a team. Management helps where the help is needed.
We celebrate one anothers sales performaces for the day, because sales numbers is the deiving factor of being qualified to getting promoted
The company culture could be improved by allowing the people who are the constants in the branches (the A.D.s and the drivers) to feel like they are being heard and cared about. The local managers cycle through and some of them care about the team while others don't.

Every single thing there is
Review from Operations Dept
Be more inclusive and relatable
Having the proper supplies such as car soap to wash the rentals, more detailers hired. Increased pay rate to compensate for the work that us detailers do.
Review from Operations Dept
pay less to boss and pay more to the people who really works
The person interviewing me was very gracious and seemed happy that I had applied. He explained what would be required of me and the benefits that pertained to my position.
Review from Customer Support Dept
The person I interviewed with made the process go smoothly
I really liked the area manager that did the interview.
The energy and heart if sone of the interviewers
Back then, it was positive and all about business
Find better people to interview
Review from Operations Dept
Be open to listen, be honest, provide feedback, don't lie
Its fair overall and flrxible
Hire better people and staff that dont fire someone for speaking up about safety
Review from Customer Support Dept
Interview for positions fairly rather than pre-determining jobs before they're advertised. This eas the biggest flaw and this is a reason why i never rent from the company despite having been gone 15 years
What makes me most happy at work is when everyone on the team is supporting and encouraging one another, celebrating accomplishments and cheering each other on.
Review from Customer Support Dept
I have a coworker or two I really like. Seeing them and that's it.
The people, the culture - caring yet driven for excellence
Smiling, having fun and greeting my customers and taking a minute or two to talk to my coworker drivers
Working togather as a team
Be honest instead of liars
Review from Operations Dept
Hire a more productive and supportive HR team and Management team. They condone and bad behavior, in order to not address the issue, they run off great workers. The good employees get reprimanded for bringing up issues. There's low morale at the work place. In our Temecula store
Keep managers in one position longer so they gain experience with employees and how to manage his/her work force fairly
Review from Operations Dept
Dont let customer's make reservations for the cars that arent available.
everithing is wrong, the worse company
I can work from home and I get paid well
It's a vibrant atmosphere
Better hourly rate. Fair, obtainable goals for commissions. Ethical sales. Punishment of employees that blatantly deserve it.
Review from Customer Support Dept
better bonus and/or commissions would be nice
Recognition of employees other than managers
