They call in favorites with drivers

They care about the development of their employees to a certain extent. As in most cases if you make the effort to learn and improve they will try to give you the time and effort to help you improve. They keep track of your general mood about once a month to make sure you're okay which is important.

Your learn a lot about sales

Communication, lead by example, and dont micromanage. Dont lie to employees. Actions speak louder than words

Not firing people when they are at the lowest point. Maybe supporting their recovery would be better.

They need to get better at understanding employee needs. No we dont want a "party" every other month that no one goes to. We want raises. Our own employees shouldnt have to go to food banks to get food while Enterprise provides thousands/millions to food banks that are out of country.

Planning, organization, people skills, empathy.

I do appreciate the benefits but they're not anything special. I understand this could change with promotion, but feel there could be more understanding with time off requests for doctors appointments etc. As for the hourly wage, starting a livable minimum: enough to pay bills but not much left over

Underpaid, horrible insurance. They took $200/month out of my paycheck monthly for UHC insurance and denied every claim, so it was like not having insurance at all.

The annual rise is skipped commonly. Rate of merit is not included in benefits information.

If it was more related to the cost of living

Enterprise maintains the gold standard of achieving success and should have an employee pay schedule envied by many good men and women who are willing to become the flesh and blood of that very success.

Loved when they would sometimes order us lunch but that's about it

Everyone is chill in the office cause there racking in the money while we do all the work

Everyone works as a team. Management helps where the help is needed.

We celebrate one anothers sales performaces for the day, because sales numbers is the deiving factor of being qualified to getting promoted

Having the proper supplies such as car soap to wash the rentals, more detailers hired. Increased pay rate to compensate for the work that us detailers do.

We have one product and thats cars for some reason we always seem to be out of cars. While still being expected to rent cars to people

Interview for positions fairly rather than pre-determining jobs before they're advertised. This eas the biggest flaw and this is a reason why i never rent from the company despite having been gone 15 years

Hire a more productive and supportive HR team and Management team. They condone and bad behavior, in order to not address the issue, they run off great workers. The good employees get reprimanded for bringing up issues. There's low morale at the work place. In our Temecula store

Keep managers in one position longer so they gain experience with employees and how to manage his/her work force fairly

Better hourly rate. Fair, obtainable goals for commissions. Ethical sales. Punishment of employees that blatantly deserve it.
