
Too demanding and not helpful

The current area leadership team is made up of very personable people, who stop and talk to you when they visit your branch. We don't usually have much interaction with them, though.

Everyone works like a team
They call in favorites with drivers
They care about the development of their employees to a certain extent. As in most cases if you make the effort to learn and improve they will try to give you the time and effort to help you improve. They keep track of your general mood about once a month to make sure you're okay which is important.
Your learn a lot about sales

Excellent team- competitive and driven to help employees succeed
Working with customers and non customers
They Lead and are very good at that.
They want to see you get promoted and excel in your career
They seem very communacative to workers in general but hard to speak one on one to
my personal manager is awesome. the upper management is destroying what was a great place to work

We don't have to repeat the same thing every day, just talk with your manager and inform the issue, give them couple days and the problem gonna be solved. Great management team ?

Communication, lead by example, and dont micromanage. Dont lie to employees. Actions speak louder than words
Not firing people when they are at the lowest point. Maybe supporting their recovery would be better.

They need to get better at understanding employee needs. No we dont want a "party" every other month that no one goes to. We want raises. Our own employees shouldnt have to go to food banks to get food while Enterprise provides thousands/millions to food banks that are out of country.
Planning, organization, people skills, empathy.
They need to lead and train employees. Set them up for success not failure
Communication, need some leadership trainer, maybe even sensitivity training!

The manager has no experience in managing people. He is 25 years old and is focused on his bonus and has no interest in his branch employees
