Location where I work in SoCal in Riverside County. The HR do not support their employees and discriminate against their employees, never fix or address issues. Very disheartening

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hire a more productive and supportive HR team and Management team. They condone and bad behavior, in order to not address the issue, they run off great workers. The good employees get reprimanded for bringing up issues. There's low morale at the work place. In our Temecula store
