Cultural diversity is not prevalent in my personal encounters with the job. A very disorganized management team makes for hiring very terrible employees and hurts profit at the same time because many people keep quitting

It’s a place to get away from the life at home, not that it’s bad sometimes but this is your time to shine and be your best and lead other to do he same and they are all mostly your age. Nice to be having adult conversation.
