
Very rewarding experience when you're able to support customers with what they need or accommodate them even if sometimes creatively like finding alternatives when cars are different from what was expected. It can be frustrating when you cannot help them at all or to their satisfaction because no resources were set aside for them as a result of overbooking by teams outside of your control (overpromising with no consequence and causing others to underdeliver). This control is not shared by those that must fulfill the customer's request, normally not even by local management. This frustration is shared by boots on the ground at least in their minds causing needless and avoidable stress and with each level of management but cannot be voiced and keep a good reputation with the company.
