They're doing a good job of trying to create the right team, and general priorities are good
The industry is running away compensation-wise. Were that not the case, I wouldn't feel undervalued. But it's hard not to think about it when I could make 50k more somewhere else.
We have pockets of folks who are super talented and dedicated who are a joy to work with. Leadership is open to letting these folks contribute to the max (ie, not supress them)
Try a little harder and work to understand the product and create a 5% understanding overlap with the people they work closely with. Be a little more cowboy. We are a startup!
