We are all people at the end of the day, we all have feelings and our own ways of solving things. Having everyone work together really grows a community, and that is how the environment works
The best part of work is when you are trusted to complete the task at hand, as well as get encouragement for being able to accomplish the goal. It is also a win whenever the team praises for a job well done.
