They are able to remain professional while being informal. It allows me to interact with them more like friends without sacrificing productivity.

They have a very clear vision of what needs to happen so it makes it easier to complete tasks when they are so clearly outlined.

I often work on a lot of projects simultaneously, and it might be the OCD in me, but I absolutely love finishing a project and wrapping up all that work. Since I take part in so many I finish at least 2 per week.

Despite my boss being a businessman that is very analytical, he manages to bring a really human and social air to all of his interactions with me and my coworkers. It’s very nice that he is so business oriented but a very friendly guy to his employees and partner

I am an athlete, and we are given access to excellent athletic facilities. I also get to train with my boss, who is a 22 time Ironman competitor, which really makes me enjoy work. Often on our lunch breaks and after work we will go train together, which is all a result of the office benefit package.
