Until now I feel very happy to be part of this company. For me is huge, because I never worked in a company that is so organized, with a clear vision and solid group of people. So I'm very happy and always looking to work with everyone! haha :D

Its been 2 years and a half and for me is HUGE to work in a company like this. Well, personally I love work at home. This gives me time to be with my cat, my plants. Also I like to interact with people and help them to get best when they use our products.

We are not only aware of the customers needs, we are aware of our needs as a team.. improving the communication inside and with other teams, synchronizing our work flow. Also, everyone is always ready to help, investigate and came up with multiple solutions

Not only helps me to have a better quality life, having the opportunity to grow as a worker and a person... the group of people also makes me feel pretty great for be part of, so I think the compensation is complete at all levels

I believe that this is determined by human quality, not only does it enhance each one's desire to work, but a work space is created in which everyone feels comfortable, safe and willing to work to meet goals. For me, that is what makes our work environment so good.

I think one of my previous response apply to this one too. Having the opportinity to meet people around the world and work with them is really great. I always look coworkers as teachers, so having the chance to learn something new from people of different cultures, is amazing.

our communication is very good, we always have an excellent way of working. We are always available and willing to help, which shows commitment from my co-workers and me as well. Although we are in a process of merging companies, we are all doing our best to make it work

I realized after this meeting that we all are the type of people that always want to go for more and as a team, always as a team. Is really amazing to see 110 people around the world, with different cultures and languages, ready to kick things off. love it haha! great work culture

I think what makes me happy or makes me feel good about my job is that I don't feel like there are problems that we can't solve. We always find a solution for each client, to solve internal problems, to achieve goals. I think the pandemic made it clear that perseverance made us stronger.
