
They need leadership skills.. Many are in senior positions and they are not leaders, they are not worth to follow unfortunately.
Communication should improve, less favoritism. Every employee has a limit, invest in hiring and allow people to have a good balance of work/personal.
Keep the culture. It has been years now that we feel we as employees became a number. Previous management used to ask us about the family, they use to care about the person I am not the figure I do.
When your boss doesn't know exactly what you do, how would they pay you fairly. It has been years since I had a pay review and I have been on the same amount of bonus for years now and they keep delegating more responsibilities.
