
Fear based approach. You have a lot of really great people that work there but the management rules by fear and paranoia. From a sales person's perspective there are a lot of delays in payout on commission. When it is brought up you are told that you should be grateful you have a job and treated with disrespect about the whole process. This is very much lead from the CEO on down with the fear and paranoia. The Chief Culture Officer is more of a gossip who seeks to get in people's business and is pretty unprofessional. You will see reviews on her in other places. Again a bright group of employees but no employee advocates to protect that group. Out of the picture of people celebrating here, only 3 are left. The turnover is rampant.
