
The interview process is long. Typically takes 1-2 months. There are several phone interviews that discuss culture followed by an onsite visit and finally a letter that must be written to the CEO to show why you are a good fit. At any stage you can be cut. Typically the don't give an adequate answer on why they didn't choose you.
It was in depth but I appreciated that because it shows their dedication to hiring the right team members who will care about what we're doing and want to invest in their careers. I've seen a lot of growth potential here.
