It's a big department and it's difficult to know who does what, where to find help, and where things are.
Need orgonizational alignment. Managment is out of touch with teams trying to deliver on confusing goals.
Its quite small -- and not very busy slow which IS frustrating but I am also just learning so it does give me extra time -- i DO wish it was visibly more inviting -to entice young people - . Im not too creative in that area unfortunately.
