The managers need to be much friendlier to customers and employees.
The managers treat employees unfairly and the work does not equal the pay at all.
Employees need to be trained better and managers need to be friendlier and communicate MUCH better.
Hire more dependable coworkers and actually have all of the employees meet and be on the same page. Train everybody.
