
I would start rewarding employees who are always on time or early, I would offer a gift certificate on everyone’s yearly anniversary it doesn’t have to be a large amount but moral would sky rocket-they totally snub some people and send flowers and post pictures of others- I’d keep the rules for vacations stable for more than one year- changing pay, vacation and benefits once someone is hired is sketchy and dishonest. I reinstate the praise in public lists- top 5 employees for all 4 stores are posted on our private site.
