The other ladies I work with are kind, understanding and caring. We can all get along pretty well for the most part, and we can turn to each other for guialdance as needed.

I lived Welch management they hired me same day and started next morning. After interview they didn't have much interaction unless I went in for training .which I passed 100.00

Owner owes me money. My pay check bounced twice and the owner never apologized or trying in any way to pay me. Can't get a hold of head quarters.

  • I would start rewarding employees who are always on time or early, I would offer a gift certificate on everyone’s yearly anniversary it doesn’t have to be a large amount but moral would sky rocket-they totally snub some people and send flowers and post pictures of others- I’d keep the rules for vacations stable for more than one year- changing pay, vacation and benefits once someone is hired is sketchy and dishonest. I reinstate the praise in public lists- top 5 employees for all 4 stores are posted on our private site.
