The hairdressing service is amazing

Tony&Guy is a wonderful looking salon from the outside looking in, but when you start working there you are required to be an assistant for several months until you test out of the beginner training, they do not explicitly tell you about the pay plan. Minimum wage with electronic tips being deducted

Worked for them for 9 years. They take 50% or more of your paycheck. And have nothing to show for it inside the salon. No health coverage provided. A yearly bonus of around 400 dollars. I dont know about you but I can’t do much with 400 dollars other than pay my bills I guess. Look somewhere els
