
There are both benefits for working parttime in this company. Also, in Indiana, they don't do student Ioans like they do in Louisville, so the benefits for new stylists are not the same.
They need to improve on their tone when talking to employees about any issues. They step in too much to take over clients with new stylists. They make every experience for stylists feel like a personal attack when the stylist isn't fast enough for their 10+ years stamdards.
They have this idea that we are supposed to get them in and out super fast when that's not how every service works because we ate all at different levels of experience. We don't make appointments and people get mad about that. Sometimes, a hair service will be so rushed that the clients leave a mess
