    In my opinion, culture is something that grows and develops with collaboration and camaraderie gained by achieving hard to reach goals. The best way to improve the culture at Fasten is to look within yourself and realize you are the culture. Perhaps the positive energy and enthusiasm of the people is all the additional change necessary.

    I would add more structure an organization which would inevitably lead to more transparency
