Fast-paced and challenging.
Workflow can be dynamic, as new challenges present themselves everyday. We're always putting in an 8-hour workday throughout the weekdays, and many of us voluntarily devote hours on the weekend because we take pride in owning our responsibilities and cultivating our own success.

In my opinion, culture is something that grows and develops with collaboration and camaraderie gained by achieving hard to reach goals. The best way to improve the culture at Fasten is to look within yourself and realize you are the culture. Perhaps the positive energy and enthusiasm of the people is all the additional change necessary.

Pretty great, as far as jobs go. There are always going to be days where you're not feeling it, but the culture is such that coworkers understand that. We pick each other up when one of us is in a rut. We're all humans toward each other before we're coworkers toward each other, which is awesome.

I get along with most everyone at the company, so I find outings very fun. Especially when it involves a physical or competitive activity, like trampoline dodgeball.

Rideshare in itself is a challenging industry because it's problems and practices are ever-emerging. Personally, I feel very challenged by my job because it pushes me to learn new skills on a regular basis. This is also why I enjoy it.
