My teammates are all excellent. It's management where Fidelis utterly fails.
Have management and upper levels change basic policy. It shouldn't be an circus to report an issue.
Make it less detail intensive. 7 years of previous employment is a lot to keep track of, unless you have goals for long term employment.
The training needs to be more of a focal point. If there are uncontrollable issues within a training session, it should be extended to accommodate those problems.
