The culture is very accepting and inviting so really anyone can be successful in whatever their role is. The environment helps to foster relationship building which helps everyone feel comfortable no matter the role they have.

The leadership team is open, transparent and approachable when it comes to my interactions with them. While they're obviously busy they do make time to be a part of the office culture not just working in their office.

It was more focused on fit then on necessarily on details and experience. That was obviously vetted to move forward but it wasn't rehashing what I have done in interview after interview. They allowed me to learn how Finicity functions and to figure out if I was a fit in my mind and theirs.

The best things about my team is how collaborative we are in finding solutions to the issues that we're dealing with. It's not one person's job to fix something or come up with a way to do something more effectively. It affects all of us one way or another so we all contribute to solutions.
