What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm very impressed with the leadership throughout the company. They have captured everyone's attention and bring them into a burning focus on the same goals while giving a sense of ownership over our unique roles towards those goals.

I've never worked for a place that is SO open with EVERYONE. Nothing is left in the dark. If ever there is a question, I know I can reach out to the CEO even, and I know it's not a big deal. They know everyones name. I LOVE how our teams in India are so included in our culture and acceptance.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company 401K matching is the best I've ever heard of.

They do unlimited PTO, which can be hard to actually take that time. But our day to day flexibility is a part of that. It's easy to take a day from home, or partial day for life needs. The freedom is amazing.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel a sense of comradely. There is no open sense of competition to thwart others. We're all in this together and often credit goes to teams not individuals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think everyone in the company at every level feels that they are changing the banking narrative in North America. It's exciting!

Our teams in India are equally praised and directly work with the US teams. Finicity is big on diversity. You can see and feel it. evenworking on how to create a wider net to find more diverse employees, to give that person a chance who might have felt discrimination.
