What did you like most about the interview process?
I honestly don't know how they do it now, I was hired before it was a big deal. My process was simple. A phone call from the CEO, one live interview with CF) and future manager together and that was it. I believe now it's a much longer and more involved process, but I don't really know for sure.

Simple interview process but takes a lot of time for the feedback or offer role out. The Indian HR person who interacts has no clarity of the role they are looking for and is very cunning and changes words frequently.

I liked getting to see the teams and office near closing time during my interviews. You can ask a lot of questions about work life balance, but seeing when people are leaving and what their faces tell you as they do has no substitute.
