What makes you most happy at work?Flexibile working hours and leaves
What is the best part about your compensation package?Best I’ve seen after years of recruiting, building my own companies and directly in my career. The best is still coming as wel
What do you like best about the leadership team?Vision, recognition and guidance from all of the executive team members. We are all trusted and are able to own our decisions and results!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Feel undervalued because there is only appreciation even after bringing up ideas for successfully improving the team performances. However none of that seems to truly valued in terms of fair compensation while having to manage a large team alone apart from handling other tasks as well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Lack of growth and opportunity. Lack of mentorship and feedback. Too much praise, not enough, feedback about how to improve. Managers "delegate" managerial task to non-managers thus preventing non-managers from doing actually work. Regular interruptions in the form of unplanned work 'initiatives.'
What would you most like to see improved at your company? The HR teams mentality & the monopoly culture
