Everyone here seems to really love what Firstup does, how we work with customers, and what we aim to achieve. It's inspiring.
Base compensation is great, benefits are very helpful. Since we focus on wellness, a health spending account allowance would be nice. but not necessary, and certainly won't make me dislike working at such a great company.
For the most part, leaders are really approachable. We still have some gaps in leadership and not really sure how the team is planning to fill that, when, or how the executive search is coming. I think more communication from the leadership team and more opportunities to meet and or ask questions
