Tirnover is extremely high which is burdensome to remaining employees. Annual merit raise is capped at 3% which is less than annual cost of living increases.
There are no areas which could be considered positive at my company. The environment is dirty the work is arduous, poor systems make routine tasks very difficult in addition to the lack of adequate resources.
