Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More pay. Stock needs to eventually pay a dividend, like depot, like lowes
Tirnover is extremely high which is burdensome to remaining employees. Annual merit raise is capped at 3% which is less than annual cost of living increases.

We help each other with respect and kindness
At our store, everyone is new. But everyone is so supportive of one another.
Being able to get through a rough day and come back the next

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better attitudes. Stop standing around talking.
The company treats associates horribly. Many are overtaxed and poorly trained.

Everyone is so friendly and supportive

There are no areas which could be considered positive at my company. The environment is dirty the work is arduous, poor systems make routine tasks very difficult in addition to the lack of adequate resources.

Being productive and getting words of praise from customers
The hardworking people that took pride in their work.
What makes me the most happy at work is seeing everybody in a great mood and doing what they're supposed to do and their role in the company as it is their job Duty that's what makes me happy
My current position in the company makes me feel important and the people I work with make everything better

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company culture is corrosive. Top management needs to be completely replaced
I would like to be in my own business and not work for someone else.
