Fair salary; equity grant is generous enough but is on a 4-year vest; I believe promotions and raises are generous for strong performers.

More pay. Stock needs to eventually pay a dividend, like depot, like lowes
Tirnover is extremely high which is burdensome to remaining employees. Annual merit raise is capped at 3% which is less than annual cost of living increases.
