Less nepotism. Senior managers and HR are always quick to through policy at you, but will make exceptions for their favourites... this perpetuates an old boys club culture and a lack of transparency when it comes to remuneration, career development opportunities and actual delivery/performance

Transparency. Understanding why reports are paid higher than me when they have less experience, or that why Caucasian colleagues in the same roles with comparable experience are consistently given more customer tome, travel opportunities and opportunities to lead work despite underperforming

Less intrusion on family and personal time, especially from a CEO who has no kids & makes no effort to understand those with family. Too many meetings early morning or late night.
