Everyone seems to be in agreement with the direction we are headed. We also eat lunch together every day since that's what we do so it's a great way to become friendly with your coworkers.
I am in sales, so the commission plans are what I am always most concerned about. We have a lifetime commission structure for each deal sold - which incentivizes you to sell good deals that last forever.
Transparency. I was brought in and screened, then was told the next step is to shadow a day with a sales rep, and then was brought in a final time to meet the CSO and every step was very clearly communicated.
Always thinking two steps ahead, conservative when we need to be and aggressive everywhere else, high level of experience managing a company this size, communication from the top down is clear and direct, and they make strategic hires in the right places very very well.
