I think both may base and equity compensation is fair, variable or bonuses are fair but always skew slightly less than I was hoping.

we have a lot of team outings, we bond over lunch and food since everyone is a big foodie here, which is also our main focus as a company. during our weekly company meetings, we get the chance to talk about our co workers and how they affected us and the great job they do.

The process was efficient. Phone calls were part of the process sharing great information both ways. The face to face process was well scheduled and a great use of team. I knew the deal would be presented. and it was with little need to negotiate.
