we have a lot of team outings, we bond over lunch and food since everyone is a big foodie here, which is also our main focus as a company. during our weekly company meetings, we get the chance to talk about our co workers and how they affected us and the great job they do.

It's highly collaborative. When I need help or have a question about something, even if it's out of my department, I get it from my coworkers. The communication is great.
