My co-workers are wonderful. I love the days I'm in the office and can brainstorm with my coworkers or collaborate in different ways. Many people at other companies might dread meetings, but I never do because my teammates are so fantastic.

I like that the leadership team takes time to get to know their employees. They make connections and foster relationships. It's very uncommon to go sit down at lunch and be able to sit next to your CEO or have your COO give you Disneyland recommendations. It's clear that the leadership team cares.
