I can't speak for my co-workers, but I love our CEO. He's constantly thinking about ways to improve the product and the company, and is quick to jump on suggestions and see if they'll work. He is very open about how the company is doing, holding a monthly "ask me anything" meeting for the entire company. He is very accessible, easy to communicate with, and when he is wrong, he owns it.

I like the CEO well enough. He's passionate and really cares. I think he should spend a little time "in the trenches", so to speak, to get to know more than just the people in the HQ. The company is good at providing great support experiences. They are really bad at reading the room, though, and all of their ads feature sexy young women, with little emphasis on what the company actually DOES.
