What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have an employee-first mindset. Generally speaking, they seem to have learned a lot from the COVID experience and have prioritized employee satisfaction in a way that I think has created a more friendly workplace environment that motivates employees to work hard.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Besides a competitive salary, the tenure bonuses are a welcome surprise when they come around. I do wish there were more annual bumps to look forward to, but I understand that in the interest of growth, that isn't the priority right now.

Carrot Fertility is an amazing benefit. Gametime gave me $10k to freeze my eggs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I deserve a higher title and higher salary based on my experience and industry benchmarks. I also think our parental leave policy is lacking.
I do not feel like I am being paid fairly and have been seeking professional growth for close to a year, and still haven't been able to experience growth professionally or financially.
I am under market value for my contributions and responsibilities

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is very talented, so when I work on a project that I feel they're invested in, its fun to see what they can do. There's no better feeling than working on something with others who share an equal motivation to create good work.
My manager is amazing. We generally have a lot of fun. Some people I work with are really smart and talented.

Engagement within my team is low. Theres not much idea sharing. Theres also not much interest in improving.

Simply greeting each other during the work day work space maybe a simple start to improving our work space rapport.
One coworker makes hostile comments and refuses to help with questions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's something of a work hard/play hard mindset. Employees are encouraged to take advantage of our app credit to attend live events and share those experiences over Slack with colleagues. It's all very supportive, and I enjoy seeing what my colleagues across the country are up to.
Most people are pretty new and excited to be here. We're working in a fun business and we get to be really creative and take a lot of risks.

Working with my team. We've been achieving a lot of company goals and it's motivating to come in and see how much further we can push things.
