What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is very talented, so when I work on a project that I feel they're invested in, its fun to see what they can do. There's no better feeling than working on something with others who share an equal motivation to create good work.
My manager is amazing. We generally have a lot of fun. Some people I work with are really smart and talented.

They're all unique individuals with a lot of personality. They also skew older than me, so they're a bit more mature and can be trusted more.

The best part about my team is we can accomplish anything no matter the odds we will make it happen. Our boss empowers us to make decisions and think outside the box. Our bond is really strong and that makes our teamwork even better. We all work towards the same goals and communicate well.

Engagement within my team is low. Theres not much idea sharing. Theres also not much interest in improving.
