What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to have an employee-first mindset. Generally speaking, they seem to have learned a lot from the COVID experience and have prioritized employee satisfaction in a way that I think has created a more friendly workplace environment that motivates employees to work hard.

There is a clear goal of what my manager wants to accomplish. He provides me with data and resources to make sure I understand the strategy and how we make decisions
