My overall experience has been great. I feel like its such a start up mentality and everyone is trying to reach a goal. My managers and even outside my dept has been very supportive of me. It's such a great feeling to come to work where you are valuable and belonged.

I like how they are inviting and being transparent with us. I like when they take admit they make mistakes and that takes a lot of courage

There is a clear goal of what my manager wants to accomplish. He provides me with data and resources to make sure I understand the strategy and how we make decisions
