I've had a great time working at GT! It's great working with partners who you can build relationships with and trust around. Coming to them with questions when needed doesn't feel like you're annoying them and they are always happy to converse and share feedback. Flexibility is encouraged here also!
I enjoy working at Gametime. I love the transparency, the teams and the growth.
I would like to see more flexibility in scheduling. PTO is very hard to take when other co workers have to work OT just to cover PTO. I feel work life balance is non existent. I don't feel I can take time off without depending on another co-worker to come in on their day off. Review from Operations Dept
