
Right now it’s not great. At split, there was a lot of hope and optimism, but there are leaders in place who shouldn’t be (no real experience or proven success in their role, CEO is absent), industry is in tough times and the company isn’t transitioning fast enough or making the right moves, revenue is tanking and rather than fix the issue...budgets/resources constantly get cut.
It really depends on the division you're hired into. There isn't a single culture or common work environment across the company.
