I like it but there is no structure. No easy way to check pto, no easy way to check payroll, management cares more about what shoes you wear vs hiring needed employees.
Most of them are pretty good.
Completed all onboarding steps and confirmed availability in advance, but offer was rescinded two days before start due to already disclosed graduation dates. Internal communication and follow-through did not match the company’s stated value
