
I'll say it depends on the site, and here in Austin, it'll also depend on the team you're interviewing with. Speaking for the Austin location, you can expect a fairly casual interview. It may be a panel of three to five different people, including the hiring manager. There will probably be some technical questions related to the work responsibilities we're interviewing for, but don't put too much pressure on yourself to get the right answer. The purpose of the tech questions are more to learn about how you approach problem-solving, not to necessarily test your knowledge. The interviews I've been a part of last about three to four hours and conclude with a little lunch date (super casual, not a sneaky test or anything). Three to four hours may seem long, but a lot of it is just relaxed conversation. We expect you to ask us as many questions as we have for you. And we expect you to be genuine. Be yourself. We're giving you an interview, so it means we already like you.
