Honestly, still too early to know for sure, but I would say most folks are too far separated from the CEO organizationally to really relate to the impacts of decisions he'll make. Individual contributors like me are impacted way more by local leaders here in Austin and their managers in the chain. Just part of working for a huge company, I guess.
