I do not recommend this internship program anymore. The company has changed so much since the crisis that is currently affecting the company. In the past I would recommend it blindly. The company has other priorities at this moment, training is not one of them. I have seen many stupid decisions in this process. In the past an internship in GE was a jewel, today there many other opportunities in the market that are far better and offer broader career paths.

It was once a great program. Now, they hire college kid's that have no people skill's and don't want to pay attention. They now have bad work habit's.

Horrible, because of the amount of responsibilities that are given usually to offset the cost of skilled labor.
