    GE does not believe in reasonable merit increases for a job well done. Don't expect to get more than 3% even if you walk on water.

    GE cut M1 wages from $30/hr to $19/hr, while C-level management makes millions. Unethical greed at the Corporate Level is out of control.

    I think most companies are decreasing benefits, or increasing the cost of those benefits. Take a stand and be different.

    Give actual hourly raises not one time bonuses, that are instantly erased by the Company offloading insurance cost to employees
