
Way to many chiefs that don't have a clue on how to build anything. To top heavy need to get rid of excess executives.
The company needs to identify that there needs to be evolution and improvement at every level, not just at the hourly workers level.
I think that the company needs to show faith in its employees. Not put the employees down every chance, instead bring moral up.
Push more decision making down. Provide clear financial goals down to the lower management levels and permit them to make decisions.
Work life balance does not exist at GE unless you are in upper management
