
Just because it looks good on paper does not mean it works. MANAGEMENT needs to realize this. If they actually had to work each job on the line in their department for at least 1/2 a day each job it would enlighten them on a lot of important issues, job functions, the assembly workers view, how things are actually done,how things could improve, why some things dont work just because it's in the job description at the job site. I don't know why this isn't required as part of the department management training process. I feel it would improve the communication and understanding of each job in the department.
A respect of people, and there wants to remain a part of goals set =to goal met and a balance of family and work.
Managers and Director need to begin to deal with employee concerns rather than pretending everything's ok and not deal with issues
Working together to uptain the same goal . Stop putting lazy people in charge

Communication, job set up correctly with proper tooling and adequate training
Tell the truth. So people know what is going on
No positive interaction with management unless it benefits them.
Most feel, "The good horse is rode the longest"
Better relations with the union and management.
Communication and working towards the same goals.
Not expect employees I call 23/7
More innovation, changing the old guard.
