How's the work life balance at GES?

I believe there is a work life balance and it is dependent on how well you are at in time management. If you set a goal to complete certain tasks in the allocated budgeted time, you will feel comfortable in leaving the day on time. I notice when I don't plan out my day, I will extend my day that much longer.
